What type of sessions are offered?
One-on-one equipment based sessions that include:
- reformers
- towers
- flex balls
- Pilates Arc
- rollers
- magic rings
- balance discs.
Patti’s sessions teach you how to work from the inside out: activate core muscles, breath, posture, balance, total body toning, stretching and learning functional techniques you can utilize in real life.
Do I need to be familiar with the Pilates Equipment?
No, the sessions include how to use the equipment safely and effectively.
How long are the sessions?
One hour includes getting set up, workout and scheduling next appointment.
What time of day can I take sessions?
Patti's goal is to find a time that works best for you. Sessions are offered from 9 am – 8:30 pm based on availability.
How much are the sessions?
Go to “Fees”. The 2 sessions Introductory Special for $99 is the best choice when starting out.
Can I share the session with a friend or partner?
Yes, most certainly! Check out Duo sessions under “Fees”. It works best to find a friend to join with you. Patti can also help to find you a partner.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothing, but preferably not loose fitting shorts due to the nature of the exercises.
Socks are recommended but not required.
